Assignment: Creat a drawing in oil pastel using lnes to create a sense of movement. You may work from a photograph, in which you see a subject that suggests movement. Build several layers of color with the oil pastel, blending colors and allowing edges to bleed into one another. Then, after all color and layering has been applied, work with a knife in a sweeping direction to create motion. You may go back and forth with more color and more scraping until your image has moved.
